Invoices are generated and sent by Hyp Payment Solutions Ltd. (Hyp). First, please check your spam folder for an email containing the invoice. If the email is not located there, please contact Hyp using the contact information on their website (https://www.ezcount.co.il/blog/hyp) and/or contact us.
Refunds for court fees and filing fees are possible only if they have not yet been paid or dispatched. As stated in our Terms of Use (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law), the generation of a writ of summons is a non-cancellable transaction and is not refundable. Users generating a writ of summons through this system must take this into account.
Government ministries and offices (including subordinate units); courts; local authorities; religious councils. This prohibition does not apply to designated smoking areas at least 10 meters from any entrance or exit.
Areas designated for physical activity or sports (including swimming pools), including sports fields, are smoke-free. This prohibition includes sports stadiums, except for areas designated for smoking by stadium management that meet the following conditions: separated seating areas comprising less than 25% of the total stadium seating; or – a completely separate room whose area is less than 25% of the area allocated for public waiting during intermissions, with proper ventilation systems that do not cause a nuisance to other parts of the stadium.
Smoking is prohibited, without exception, in all areas of a community center (Matnas) or youth movement building.
The decision rests solely with you. Payment can be made for claim preparation only, or for claim preparation and legal courier services. Legal courier services are not mandatory; you may submit your claim online (via Net Mishpat) or in person at the relevant court at no additional charge. We endeavor to process submissions as soon as possible, and within 14 business days, except in cases of court delays or unforeseen circumstances. Further details are outlined in our Terms of Use. Yes, the proceedings are recorded. A court reporter is present to prepare a transcript. In small claims court, it is not necessary to record every word spoken by the parties or the judge, but only the main points. Furthermore, judges often conduct discussions off the record to explore ways to advance the proceedings or facilitate a settlement.
The court reporter will print the transcript at the conclusion of the hearing; therefore, it is important to obtain a copy from the reporter at the end of the hearing. The transcript will also be available for viewing in your personal area on the Net Mishpat website.
Payment is accepted via credit card on a secure payment page displayed prior to receiving the claim document. All major credit cards are accepted. Upon completion of claim preparation, an invoice/receipt will be emailed to your registered address.
Following the submission of the small claims lawsuit, the court registry issues a receipt confirming the filing (including date and time) and proceeds to open a court file. To avoid delays and requests for supplemental information, it is crucial to complete all details accurately and thoroughly.
Upon file opening, the claimant will receive a three-part case number, such as 12345-12-21. The claim will be served on the defendant, who will then submit a statement of defense, along with a summons for a hearing. Between filing and the hearing, various possibilities exist: the court may suggest mediation; written requests and responses may be filed; the defendant may not file a statement of defense; the defendant may contact the claimant to seek an out-of-court settlement; and numerous other scenarios.
