A defective product is one suffering from a single major fault or recurring malfunctions. The manufacturer is obligated to repair, free of charge, any defect in products they manufactured and the consumer purchased.

Where applicable, the manufacturer is responsible for installation/instruction or providing replacement parts. For instances where the manufacturer may charge a fee, please refer to this list of exceptions.
